We may send the client documents, correspondence, and other materials during our representation through email or US snail mail. At the conclusion of representation, the client’s file will be closed and original documents will be returned. We will then store the file for a minimum of four (4) years, after which will the client file may be destroyed or discarded after that period of time unless client submits instruction in writing to retain files for a longer period.

We may hold personal information in hard copy or electronic form. Security measures are in place to ensure that any personal information we hold is secure and protected from misuse, loss, fraudulent activity and unauthorized disclosure.
