Some clients prefer to handle most of the work themselves and only need limited help. In those situations, we offer one-time legal services for a flat fee. The representation begins and ends with that service. No fuss, no muss. À-la-carte services include document review, contract drafting, and copyright/ trademark filings.

Per Project

When you’re in the midst of a project, you don’t have time to quibble over specific issues. You need a lawyer now. For those who require an all-hands approach on their projects, we offer a one-time up-front flat fee option. We take on all legal matters related to your project and will stay on all the way to completion. Each project representation can include negotiation, drafting, reviews, and general legal counsel.

Membership

What if you need ongoing legal representation? Or maybe you have legal questions that pop up on a regular basis? Our monthly membership options may be right for you. You’ll have regular access to immediate legal counsel, as well as a wide range of legal services that are highly customizable. We’ll work together to address your legal concerns and make sure to identify problems before they become expensive hassles down the road.   • Coming in at just $375 per month, this membership plan is right for any established creator who is well on their way to building a successful and thriving business. Not only does this plan include everything in The Artist’s Plan, (including unlimited phone calls, video chats, emails, and texts about any legal issues you may have), you also get unlimited document review, priority scheduling over non-members, and a skilled attorney drafting your documents and contracts, and filing any documents with the Copyright Office and USPTO.

  • At just $675 per month, this membership plan is a full-service offering designed exclusively for the seasoned entrepreneur who is too busy closing deals and building successful projects to handle the legal stuff themselves. This plan includes everything in The Artist’s and Creator’s Plans, and also includes priority scheduling over non-members, unlimited document review, substantial document and contract drafting, negotiation, and much much more. Consultations & Communication

We strongly believe you shouldn’t have to pay just to talk to a lawyer. That’s why, as a courtesy to all of our clients, all consultations are offered free of charge. Additionally, clients will not incur any additional fees or costs for phone calls, video chats, emails, or texts.
